From formal classroom sessions to informal animal encounters, our unique surroundings offer many opportunities for learning, understanding and connections with nature to take place.

We offer a range of educational workshops, specifically designed to meet the objectives set out within the National Curriculum framework for key stages 1 to 4. Our workshops are guaranteed to educate, entertain and inspire learners in a range of science and geography based topics, to include animals, plants and even geology!

Our more informal early years workshops are designed to provide younger learners with the foundations to help awaken empathy, access intrinsic values and foster a sense of responsibility towards the natural world around them.

For students in further and higher education, we offer opportunities to gain practical skills, knowledge and experience as part of college and university work placements.

Our education initiatives based on conservation campaigns promote awareness of issues such as the charcoal trade and poaching; problems that require the attention of everyone, if we are to tackle them effectively.
